Mobile Messaging Available in Bronto May 22nd!

Mobile messaging is quickly becoming one of the most powerful mediums for both inbound and outbound marketing communications. Here are a few reasons why mobile/SMS messaging should be a key element in your marketing mix:

Beginning on May 22nd, mobile/SMS messaging will be available as an add-on package for Bronto Professional Edition customers. This will allow you to create, schedule and send SMS messages either standalone or as part of a campaign. You will also be able to tie SMS messages into cross-channel campaign workflows that also include email and social communications.

In addition, you can generate QR codes within the Bronto application. These can be trackedin Bronto, and they provide a way to augment your email, social and mobile efforts in store or in print. How can mobile/SMS messaging help your marketing efforts?

  • Grow your opt-in database—Bronto lets you add contacts to your email lists via SMS sign-up. This will allow you to offer compelling text-to-join loyalty programs to consumers at the point of sale in your physical stores, in print advertisements and even on billboards.
  • Impact sales with on-the-go promotions—There is tremendous potential for customer engagement and driving revenue with outbound mobile/SMS messages including new product alerts, time-sensitive deals, special offers and coupons, text-to-win contests, event reminders, viral messages, and more.
